What you share with us
When signup is available, we ask for your first name and email address. We also record which form you used, whether you requested the free guide, your marketing consent, the time of your request, and basic campaign information in the link you followed (UTM source, medium, campaign and content).
These details help us provide the requested content, manage subscriptions and understand which channels bring visitors to the site. Please don’t include medical information or other sensitive personal details in forms or emails.
Email signup is not connected at present. If a form reports that signup is unavailable, your details have not been saved as a subscription. Submitted information is still processed temporarily by the website server to validate the request.
The free guide and email choices
The free guide is available immediately after a successful signup; inbox verification is not required. The checkbox for occasional practical updates is optional when requesting the guide and is never preselected.
Automated email delivery is not active at present. When email delivery is enabled, a provider such as Resend may process your name and email on our behalf. Marketing messages will include an unsubscribe option. You can also ask us to stop emails or delete your information by contacting us.
Checkout and outside links
Paid checkout is not active at present. When available, checkout and paid-product delivery will be handled by Lemon Squeezy. This website will not collect or store card details. Their privacy policy and checkout terms apply to information you provide there.
Instagram, TikTok and YouTube links take you to separate services. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them.
Browser storage and technical information
We use session storage to remember the first campaign tags associated with your visit while your browser session lasts. We do not put your name or email in browser storage. You can block or clear that storage; signup can still work.
The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to operate and protect the site. Our signup protection uses a keyed hash of the request IP, rather than storing a raw IP in the subscriber database. Rate-limit records expire from use after 15 minutes and old records are removed during later signup requests.
No advertising pixels or third-party analytics provider are enabled in this release. If analytics are added, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required before enabling optional tracking.
Access, retention and your requests
We do not sell subscriber information. Access is limited to operating the website and its services. Information may be processed in the countries where our service providers operate.
Subscriber information is kept while it is needed to manage the relationship or fulfill a request. You can ask to access, correct or delete it. We may need to verify your request, and may retain limited records where required for security, legal obligations or honoring an unsubscribe request. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. We may update this policy as the services change; the date above shows the latest revision. Questions or requests can be sent through our contact page.
